What It’s About

Zero to Match is for marketplace founders building before the spotlight hits — while the product’s still taking shape, the numbers are still lumpy, and the business model is still being tested.


We’ll interview:

  • Pre-launch or early-stage founders

  • Builders navigating real constraints: time, team, tools, and traction

  • Visionaries making deliberate trade-offs, not just chasing hype


No pitch decks. No PR spins. Just raw, honest, tactical conversations.


Why We're Doing This

At Marketplace Studio, we’ve worked on and launched over 30 marketplaces globally. We’ve seen what really goes on behind the curtain — especially for non-technical founders trying to move fast with limited resources.


This podcast exists to:

  • Normalize the chaos and uncertainty of the early days

  • Share real talk about tools, decisions, and mistakes

  • Give founders a platform to share their journey (before the TechCrunch headline)
