Our MVP Posting Process was a detailed 8-step process on our WebApp, and it collected a lot of information. My team and I created it mostly off on how we saw the problem with traditional rentals and little to no user testing. This is what we thought to be an incredible workflow converted at a measly 30% from start to finish. After our Lead Designer and team finished a Design Sprint, developed the improved workflow, released it, and let it bake, it converted at an eye-popping 75%. This was a game-changer, to say the least. We immediately created a roadmap redesigning all of our core workflows in order based on User traffic.
